Bird calculates your diet based on your preferred prescription, body goals, and current body information. Your Bird bracelet monitors your metabolism in order to send you the exact amounts and composition of nutrients exactly when you need it.
During the first week of your Bird subscription you might feel a bit hungry between meals, since your body is adapting to your new diet. After 1-2 weeks most customers report that they feel perfectly satisfied all through the day. If hunger should get the best of you, go into your Bird app and order 1-2 energy balls. You can change or stop your subscription in the Bird app. Your new subscription will start the following day. If you have stopped your subscription you will only receive the rest of the meals needed for the cancellation day. We recommend to stay with one subscription for at least 3 months in order to achieve the results anticipated.
